The Owners were extremely pleasant to talk with at the Home and Garden show, and Koli explained everything in great detail during his visit. He was easy to talk to about concerns for allergies, not only for me but for Mr. Theo (my maltese).

Fred and Cameron were the installers, and they went above and beyond. They explained how everything worked, and were very detailed and precise with everything. I did not feel they rushed through the installation to go to another job but took pride in their work.
Fred and Cameron left everything clean and made sure it was puppy-friendly for Mr. Theo.

They replaced our Fuel Oil furnace and AC with a Heat Pump. I called on Tuesday, they came out Tuesday afternoon and gave me a quote that was considerably less than a quote I had from a competitor. They installed the system the next day. They were here the entire day and left the area cleaner than it was when they started. They came out a few days later to make sure everything was running good and go over the system with us and answer any questions that may have come up. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing company! Called Thursday afternoon regarding a furnace failure. Owner came out 8:30 AM Friday and determined secondary heat exchanger had melted (total failure), therefore furnace replacement necessary. He engineer-sized my home and determined a smaller capacity furnace than original would be sufficient; he did not try to upsell me. Had the new furnace on the truck within an hour, installed same day (WOW!); 3 guys to assist; done by 4:30PM. It's now a week later, 7^F below zero outside, and my large home with over 4000 square feet of living space is at a comfortable 72^F using only an 80,000 BTU high efficiency Bryant furnace. Technician Will came back today to adjust furnace blower speed at my request and office manager Lisa provided cookies to me and a thank you note. Top notch!

This was truly at great experience. Koli was so kind fixed my issue quickly. The communication was awesome I was aware of when he was on route and when he got here. He also told me som great advice and did not try to sell me on anything. My issue was my heat didn't work come to find out i was missing a cord. Koli made waited to make sure my heat actually worked before leaving. He was also very respectful to my home. We bought a house with an older furnace and was told we should plan to replace it in the next couple of years. Three weeks later it stopped working on a Saturday, just as the really cold weather was about to hit.

I called four Heating companies and got two responses. Comfort Pro was one of them. Like everyone else that we called, they had a full schedule, even so, Sokol the owner, came out to help us through our crisis. We got two prices for the installation of a new furnace. Comfort Pro was our choice. We knew we were in good hands because they had replaced the furnace at our residence in June 2025, and we liked everything about it.

We needed the work to be done quickly, so Sokol moved things around to be able to put us on the schedule for that Friday. Upon removing the old furnace, his workers discovered an air conditioning pan that was melted, They called me down stairs to show me the problem. It was a big, melted, mess and I knew I was in for another big expense, and I panicked. His workers called Sokol, and he came immediately. Most other companies would have tried to sell me a new central air system, because it was old too. Instead, Sokol immediately got the unit information and started looking for a replacement part. He found it and saved us from having to replace the central air unit too, which was not in our budget. WOW!

No one beats Comfort Pro for caring!! The service is unsurpassed. Sokol takes the time to figure out the best way to help you through the problem, giving you the best option, but also other options to fit your budget. ComfortPro is the best. Sokol the owner personally worked with us to arrive at a plan that met our needs. He was very thorough and ensured we understood everything he was saying. The day of the install went exactly as described, and they left the place perfectly clean. The two gentlemen who did the install were knowledgeable and skilled. Sokol even noticed an outdated valve in another area of the basement and replaced it free. The first night our furnace was unintentionally set on a sleep time temperature. I contacted Sokol at 3am. He said he would be here in 25 minutes. That is insane dedication and service. We did not need him to come out but the service continues to be incomparable and they will be back in a week or two to check over their own work, make sure the system is running well and to answer any questions that have arisen. If we have any problems in the future they will be able to read codes virtually and know how to respond. We don't expect problems but this feels more like a partnership than a 'one and done'. Lastly, they were able to beat the price of a peer competitor even including additional features.

I highly recommend ComfortPro for your HVAC needs. I bought a gas furnace from them and had it installed today. The owner, Sokol Durici, patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a good price for the equipment and installation. Jay C. From ComfortPro was out today for A/C tuneup, very polite and asked if there was a current concerns or issues. Started his inspection and cleaned the exterior of the a/c, did all his readings, check the furnace filter, did a water pump text and clean through. My 22 yr old furnace went out early morning on 2/14. This was the Friday before that severe cold front hit the following week. A friend referred me to this company, and gave me Sokol's number. I called him around 7:30am, he took my info and passed it along to the office. Lisa called me at 8am and by 8:35am a tech was at my house. After the initial service call, I decided with the age and the repair cost, it was more economical to have it replaced and at a very reasonable price. By 10:30am there were two service techs here to install my new furnace, and by 5pm everything was completely installed and I had heat again. I love the fact they set up an appt. two weeks out for someone to come out to inspect that everything was installed correctly and working properly. All my concerns were addressed and resolved. Definitely a GREAT company and I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Beginning to end our service was perfect. Furnace went out and we called @ 530 pm for an emergency callout. Alex was in the house in no time. He diagnosed it and needed a new control board. He had the part ordered, picked up and installed 1st thing the following morning. Alex was fantastic...Professional, great communication, and made us feel heard and our situation important to us. We felt the price was reasonable and everything was effortless on our part. Side note....we have HomeServe home warranty. 2 days before Christmas our hot water tank and furnace both went out we didn't know what we were going to do with Christmas right around the corner my husband looked up places and reviews and comfort pro was number one my husband text the company at 4 in the morning to see if there was any chance they would be available by 7am they had returned our message by 12 the next day they were at our house, done a full inspection and let us know what was going on it was cold we did not think we were going to have heat any time soon but we were wrong the owner himself came to our house, helped us through everything including financing and had a team at our house that day and had our furnace in so we would have heat they were back on Christmas eve to put hit water tank in so we would have hot water and made it possible to have our family Christmas they had everything done by that Thursday including the new ac
The customer service is outstanding the work is impeccable, every detail down to making sure the stickers on the furnace and hot water tank were strait lol I can't say how impressive everyone was we even called on Friday morning cause our dishwasher seemed to have lost water pressure they were at our house by 8 in the morning including the owner pulled our dishwasher out to see what was wrong here it was a sticker in the pump filter this was not part of their job, but done it anyway at no cost. Also cost a lot less than I was expecting. Just a $99 service fee. I was kind of expecting $150-200 minimum not including parts of needed.

This started with a failed $500 furnace motor which he quoted $1800 to fix but instead my elder mother and (absent) military Dad got sold and entire new $2000 furnace for $5800. 4 hours of work. No new air handler and no new compressor. Sokol is a very nice man, very generous with his time and he agreed to reverse the transaction. But you can get an entire new bigger system for similar price with alot less stress. I'm not leaving a 5 star but it's not 1 star either. Good company but wow on price. Just wow.

This is the best hvac company. I highly recommend them. My air quit working in the middle of heat spell. I am having some breathing issues and they rearranged their schedule to fit me in the following day.

Alex arrived on time (even got a text when he was in route with a pic). He explained everything he would do beforehand; and then when he finished, he explained what he'd done and the status of my air conditioning system, including pics. I asked several questions, as a first-time homebuyer, and he patiently answered them all. Alex even explained the difference in pricing for filter replacements, including purchasing from Amazon.

I called about four furnace repair companies on a Friday night when the original 1936 Sunbeam furnace quit working. All the other companies told me due to the age of the furnace, I would have to wait until Monday for anyone to come and take a look at the furnace. When I called ComfortPro, Sokol answered the phone, not an answering service. He took the time to talk with me. Even though I already knew that the furnace would need to be replaced, Sokol came out with heaters, inspected the furnace, and as I suspected, we needed a new furnace. He left us with some heaters so we weren't to cold. While discussing the options with my dad, who has demential, was very patient and answered all of our questions. He took the time with my dad to make sure he was comfortable with his decision. Dad asked for a military discount and a reduced price, Sokol gave him the military discount. At the end of his visit, even though his wife and young children were at home, he took a few minutes out of his night to talk to my son, which he did not have to do. I am so glad that they sent Fred to install. He dealt well with my dad and son while they were here. All around, everyone was very professional and went way above and beyond. After all was said and done, the initial quote was accurate. I went in today to make the final payment after all of the work was completed and expecting there to be some kind of unexpected expenses. There were none. the quote I was given was what I paid. So very impressed with ComfortPro. I definately reccommend them and will use them in the future.

There is reason ConfortPro has all 5 star reviews. To be honest at first I thought that at least some had to be fake. We 2 jobs done at two different houses. Both jobs 100% 5 star work. The owner was there personally at the start to make sure everyone knew what was going stopped by multiple times while the job was in progress and then came back after to check everything. I can not express the knowledge, care and attention to detail everyone of these professionals preform with. If you are reading reviews to see if you want ComfotPro to do you work, stop right here and call them! Every other contactor I have ever delt with can take lessons from these guys. My furnace was acting up yesterday. I did a quick Google search for a local reputable furnace repair company late in the afternoon and hit on ComfortPro right away. I submitted a contact request on their website and received a call a short time later... I wasn't expecting to hear back until today, so that was a pleasant surprise and certainly set the tone for the how responsive they've been. They got me on the schedule today for a service call that fit my availability. I appreciate the level of communication and the text eta message with a photo of the responding service technician is a nice feature.
He arrived on time, was respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made a few fixes to my aging furnace (31 years!) to keep me going, then talked to me at length about options and prices for a new furnace and a tankless water heater at my request. I got a quote in my email before he left, and they got a customer for more than just a day.

These folks are great! They care about the customer and getting it right the first time. They progressed through a very high level of detail on the inspection to determine how the system is performing and if adjustments need to, or can be, made to gain optimal performance. While my Furnace was not cost effective to repair, the replacement crew and installation process was very professional, courteous, with the Furnace being neat, clean and properly installed. I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service and it is good to see an HVAC group care about the customer instead of merely trying to get sales. I have a boiler that is old enough to have voted for Eisenhower. On the first cool day of the year it decided to, of course, die - leaving me, and more importantly, my girlfriend and her children, in a very chilly, old house. I needed to see if I could find someone help to coax this ancient relic back to life.

From the get-go their team of Sokol and Alex let me know that even though my boiler was about as old as they can get, they would do whatever it took to fix it — and they did!

Both of the main control components, the control board relay, as well as the gas valve, had both given up on life. Again, both of these components are antiques and even e-Bay was struggling to find suitable replacements. ComfortPro literally combed all of their connections across Ohio until they found the right replacements.

During the entire process they would check in on me while we were waiting for parts to arrive just to make sure I was okay. That alone is something you never experience from most companies - the fact I was on their mind, even when they were working with other customers, means a lot.

In the end, they found the parts in record time, put everything back together and the Boiler, who should probably be a museum piece, roared back to life! My girlfriend and I were walking around the house that night, drunk on heat! It was glorious - all made possible by the awesome crew of ComfortPro Heating and Cooling!
